TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS ARE
DONE IN 3 PHASES:
Phase 1: Once payment is received you will
call the communicator so that she can compile necessary
data about the animal. You will also be given an
appointment time to review the results of the
communication (Phase 3).
Phase 2: Communication with the animal. This is
not done over the phone. This is done "long distance"
from the office.
Phase 3: Contact your communicator on the date
assigned in Phase 1 to be given the results of the
communication.
(The time to complete all three phases of a consultation
is recorded. If the consultation takes less than 45
minutes, the minimum fee is charged. Should the
consultation exceed 45 minutes, we will charge you the
appropriate price per minute after the initial 45
minutes.)
PLEASE NOTE: In order to establish a business
relationship with a client for the first time, the fee
needs to be received before the first consultation.
There will be a $50 fee for cancelled consultations.
